2022 Summer Newsletter
We turned up the heat this summer! Our team of dedicated volunteers and partners served Camden families faithfully by delivering 138,300 pounds of food. And it doesn't stop there!
By the grace of God, Wholesome Riches was able to provide families and individuals with vital food resources. Through prayerful partnerships, our team saw lives changed.
Summer News & Praises:
Meet Eli, Ibn and Tahjir. Representing SWAG (Students Working to Access Greatness), these three young men joined our team as summer work students! The Camden City School District paid each of them for their time serving the community alongside us.
Camden Clean-UP:
The Wholesome Riches team joined forces with the Camden City Mayor's Office in an effort to clean up the city! Clean-ups took place at various locations throughout the city and give us a great way to connect with the community. We also had local students join us!

Wholesome Partnerships
The Michaels Organization has adopted Morgan Village Middle School, Dudley School, Woodrow Wilson High School, and Veterans Memorial!
In July, L3Harris sent 19 new engineers to Cooper's Poynt School.
Hillcrest Baptist Mission Team this Summer helped with Food Distributions
Keystone Montgomeryville Kids beautified the gardens at Woodrow Wilson High School
The Garden at HB Wilson is thriving with vegetables thanks to Daysprings Baptist Church and Bloomers Garden Center!
Camden Community Partnership donated 1,000 reusable bags for food distributions.

Back to School: The need Increases
Summer might be coming to an end, but Wholesome Riches is just getting started! Wholesome Riches is preparing for a new school year and with your support, we can expect answered prayers, children cared for, marriages restored, families united and individuals experiencing the love of God for the first time. Here are three ways to join us as we continue to answer the call to meet the needs of Camden families during the 2022/2023 school year.

We NEED BAGS! Every month 4000 bags are filled with food that supplies a Camden family in need. With the NJ ban on plastic bags, making a donation today will enable our team to purchase reusable bags. | Every dollar donated provides 3 meals to individuals experiencing food insecurity. Make a donation today to help us meet the food needs of Camden, NJ. | The new school will bring new challenges for our team, the teachers, the students, the faculty and the families at each school we serve. Help us pray for provision, protection and opportunities to spread the Gospel. |
